Inclusivity
Not only do parks provide a healthy environment for nature, but a healthy environment for people to exercise and create relationships
Parks provide recreational activities such as playgrounds, exercise classes and equipment for citizens to utilize to ensure their own personal health. This resources can create routines that allow for the better health of the general public.
Recreational opportunities allow relationships and personal connections to be made as everyone is free to utilize these activities. Participating in your own health with other members of the communities can provide more motivation and interaction, ensuring a healthier routine.
The building of more parks can create routines and life changes that ensure the progressing health of both adults and children in an inclusive, and inexpensive, way.
